The apartment "Alexandra" is located on the ground floor on the south-west part of the house and it's composed of four rooms: the bedroom (13m2), the kitchen/living room (16m2), the bathroom (4m2) and the anteroom (2,5m2). The apartment has a total area of 35m2 without the balcony. The apartment is completely furnished and equipped with all the accessories. The big balcony has an area of 10m2 and gives the opportunity to relax and enjoy the summer evenings with a pleasant sea breeze. The bedroom has three beds (a twin-bed and a single-bed).
