Ground floor apartment suitable for the disabled. The house is away from the main road and with unspoiled nature, and breathtaking view of the sand bay guarantee an unforgettable vacation. Within 500 m distance are: Restaurants, food supermarket, exchange office, tourist biro, diving club, bike tracks, tennis courts, natural park Dundo (forest). Rent a boat possibility (family boat). 

Apartment ALF*** is at the ground floor, car access to the front door, suitable for the persons with walking difficulties, two bedrooms ,toilet, kitchen with living room, possibility of an extra bed. Sheltered veranda with sea view. 

Apartment DUO*** situated on the 1st floor, for 2 persons, possibility of an extra bed, kitchen-living-sleeping space in one (studio flat), large veranda with sea view. 

Apartment FAMILY*** spacious flat on 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (2 beds & 3 beds), 2 bathrooms (shower/bath), kitchen, dinning room, 3 verandas with sea view.

In general: All apartments are completely settled. The number of beds is specified in the price list. It is not aloud to go beyond mentioned number of persons or beds into one unit. The price includes: accommodation, bedding (change one's a week), and full-equipped kitchen with all necessary in it, electricity, gas, warm water,air-conditional, TV-SAT, parking.The prices relate to a minimum 3 days stay.
Payment terms: After we get your subscription we'll send off the cost for your holiday (on the assigned address). When you pay 20% of your costs (on our account) we shall book the apartment and send the confirmation. The rest you have to pay on the day of arrival.
Cancellation:  In case of late cancellation (30 days) we shall withhold the money from the pre-payment.

Accommodation in apartment: As a rule it's not possible to enter before 2 PM on the day of your arrival. On the day of departure you have to empty the apartment not later than 10 AM. It is not aloud to bring domestic animals.
