The hamlet Ivulici is situated at the foot of the beautiful mountain Ucka. At a height of 330 meters, it overlooks the ancient coastal town of Lovran. Here, on the outskirts of the Ucka Nature Park, one can, at the same time, experience and enjoy both the touch of the sea and of the forest.

          At your disposal there is more than 300 years old, traditionally decorated, house, together with beautiful garden and orchard with chestnut and cherry trees. The house is equipped as to provide all the comfort, and at the same time take you back in time with its rusticity. Terrace in front of the house offers the unforgettable view of the Bay of Kvarner.

          All of the mentioned will help you experience the Mediterranean of old days. The hosts, always at your service, will gladly help you to revive all of its charm.

Accommodation
             The house is divided into the north and the south wing. The north part is a duplex apartment of 55 m2. The ground floor (tavern) is composed of kitchen and living room with the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, and cooking stove. In the living room there is a large table for eight. Upstairs there is a double-bedded room with a cot and a bathroom with shower stall. The room is equipped with the TV set with the satellite transmition, and all the windows offer a view of the Bay of Kvarner. The heating is electrically operated.
            The first floor in the south wing has 75 m2, and bellow it are cellars. Living room, together with a cot, is the central room. It is equipped with the LCD TV set with satellite transmition, dining table, and wood stove. The kitchen in this wing is also equipped with the cooking stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. In the bathroom, there are shower stall, washbasin, and bidet. On the both sides of the living room, there is a  double-bedded room. One of them has private bathroom with shower stall and mini-kitchen. This room, as well as the living room, has its own access to the terrace that overlooks the sea. Also, there is a safe-deposit box in the house.

             On the ground floor, in front of the cellar, there is a terrace with a water well. Furthermore, narrow paved road leads to the private parking for three cars. The garden that surrounds the house, together with the orchard with chestnut and cherry trees, spreads out over 3000 m2. Distance from the house to the sea is only one kilometre.

 Notes

The house comprises of two parts, which, in agreement, can be rented separately.

The sojourn tax is 1 EURO per day per person.
For stays up to three days the price increases for 30%.

Keeping pets is not  allowed.
The price includes one final cleaning upon department and one cleaning during the week.

For two weeks or longer stays, we offer 10% discount.
The prices are in EUROs, also payable in kunas according to the rate of exchange by the National Bank of Croatia on the day of payment.
